SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
As everything is handmade and I am a one woman show, please be patient when waiting for your items to arrive. I use USPS and most packages will take 2-4 days to arrive once shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing/making of your order once it has been placed. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Once it is shipped it is out of my hands and I have the same tracking information that you do. If your item is returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be charged so I can create a new shipping label for you.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to make a return please reach out to me within 1 month of receiving your order. Due to sanitary concerns, I cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn. I also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized pieces. If your item breaks due to a structural error on my part, I will be more than happy to fix your item and send it back to you!
